We will have professionals from leading Contractors, Kjellstrom & Lee & DPR, Inc., along with Willcox Dunn of Vandeventer Black and Kathy Blanchard of BB&T Insurance Services discussing the rise in desire for Design-Build projects in many sectors and the desire for those and other projects to be structured on a BIM platform. They will discuss the pros and cons of the systems, the pitfalls and opportunities from a construction, legal and insurance perspective. They will also touch on Integrated Project delivery. If you are thinking about or engaged in either of these types of projects, this is the seminar for you. Presentation will be followed by Q&A period.”
