Bliley’s Garage is Virginia’s first adaptive re-use, multi-family rehabilitation which seeks to obtain LEED certification while satisfying National Park Service historic rehabilitation standards. Come hear what the developer team experienced in order to reconcile the requirements of these often conflicting programs.
