For many years, Creative has been known as the premier provider of interior furnishings, products and services in Virginia.  With the introduction of our new WorkLab space, we are now striving to be identified as “THE TRUSTED CHOICE FOR INNOVATIVE WORK SOLUTIONS” and are thrilled to be offering flooring, architectural products and audiovisual systems and consulting in addition to the excellent lines of furniture and related services we still offer. 

Three major elements were present throughout the design of our new space – flexibility, collaboration and requiring all decisions to make good business sense.  As a result, we were recently honored with the award of INDUSTRIAL PROJECT OF THE YEAR by The Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate.  Guests continue to be “wowed” by the expansive new space, totaling 88,000 square feet and boasting a state-of-the-art 62,000 square foot warehouse space.  Unique elements include 36’ high ceilings, a collaboration mezzanine with “skybox,” an abundance of natural light and raised flooring that houses our power, data, HVAC and encourages flexibility in the floor plan.

There are several examples of the convergence of space and technology throughout our new space including internal and external message screens, a “Room Wizard” meeting scheduling system and LTX Boards to make communications during and after meetings a breeze.   Our Eyeway team is an audiovisual systems integration group that develops solutions to your communication and technology challenges, providing expertise from the initial consulting and observation phases through installation, training and maintenance of systems.
