Each year, AIA Richmond's design awards program accomplishes four simple, yet invaluable, goals:
- Celebrate the best of the Richmond area's newest architecture,
- Recognize achievement in a broad rang of architectual work by licensed architects as well as interns,
- Recognize the special contributions to the built environment by individuals outside the profession,
- Inform the public of the range and value of architectural practice.
