AIA Richmond’s Professional Practice Forum is pleased to offer a seminar on Design-Build and BIM. We will have professionals from leading Contractors, Kjellstrom & Lee, DPR, Inc., along with Willcox Dunn of Vandeventer Black and BB&T Insurance Services discussing the rise in desire for Design-Build projects in many sectors and the desire for those and other projects to be structured on a BIM platform.
They will discuss the pros and cons of the systems, the pitfalls and opportunities from a construction, legal and insurance perspective. If you are thinking about or engaged in either of these types of projects, this is the seminar for you. Presentation will be followed by Q&A period.
